“Dr. Palmer is simply the best. My 10 year old daughter went to NCH North ED with a femur fracture over the weekend. I was panicked when we found out the severity of it but through contacting some folks I know in healthcare, I was told he is the best in the area. The staff in the ED also spoke highly of him. He performed surgery on a Sunday. Everything went smoothly. However, it was the post-op care where he really showed how much he cared. He was open to texting and responsive to questions we had.”
