Dr. Jordan R. Vokes, MD

Dr. Jordan Vokes joined us in the fall of 2022 after completing his fellowship at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He spent a year focusing on the latest clinical practices and treatment modalities as they pertain to children and adolescents with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

Prior to fellowship, Dr. Vokes attended medical school at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency near his hometown at the University of Rochester. He is excited to call Southwest Florida home, where he looks forward to seeing you and/or your child in the year round sunny weather!

Dr. Vokes’ clinical interests include pediatric and adolescent sports medicine, specifically using minimally invasive techniques to treat conditions of the hip, knee, ankle, shoulder and elbow. He currently serves as the head team physician for Evangelical Christian School and is an orthopedic consultant for several other area high schools. He also has an interest in trauma and fracture care, hip conditions including developmental dysplasia of the hip and lower extremity deformity. When he is not in the operating room, Dr. Vokes enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his family and cheering on the Buffalo Bills!

“Dr. Vokes and the gentleman who did my son’s original cast and his temporary cast, are amazing! Having Dr. Vokes on the sidelines as the physician during our home games is pretty great as well.”

“Dr. Vokes was friendly and patient. He was very helpful in suggesting what our young athlete could keep doing relative to his sport while his thumb was in a cast.”
