Dr. Kristin M. Cola, DO
Dr. Cola is a Board-Certified Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in caring for children with musculoskeletal conditions including scoliosis and various foot deformities. She joined our practice in 2019 and is committed to providing compassionate, family-centered care that helps children stay active, confident and thriving.
Originally from Northeast Ohio, Dr. Cola grew up deeply involved in athletics, especially softball, which she played through her college years. She completed her medical education at Ohio University and her orthopedic surgery residency at Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. She then pursued advanced fellowship training in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Seattle Children’s and the University of Washington, where she gained extensive experience treating complex conditions such as clubfoot, scoliosis and other spinal deformities.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Cola is an active member of the Scoliosis Research Society and the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America. She is especially passionate about creating a positive experience for her young patients and is known for designing personalized cast art that brings comfort and joy to children recovering from injury or surgery.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Cola is an enthusiastic sports fan. She enjoys spending most of her time outside of work with her husband and children.
